Our working sessions are all about getting things done together!

These hands-on, action-packed meetings focus on problem-solving, strategy building, and real task execution.

Unlike traditional meetings that are more about sharing information, our sessions are outcome-driven and require active participation from everyone present.

We believe that collaboration and engagement are key to success, so our Chief Strategy Officer is involved and actively contributing to the process.

  • The Introduction:

Working sessions always have a prepared agenda spelling out the issues or tasks that need to be accomplished in that particular session. This focus keeps the meeting on track and every participant knows the purpose of the meeting.

  • The Objectives:

The other reason for having an objective is that every session has a purpose and that purpose can very easily include solving some problem, finding a new direction, or coming up with something specific that can be implemented in terms of time and effort. Such objectives help sensitise participants on the focus of the meeting.

  • Active Participation:

All working sessions at Smart Scaling are participatory in nature. It’s not a forum for passive listening, instead, it is a collaboration space where team members can offer insights.

  • Problem Solving in Real Time:

There are no bottlenecks in discussions or the postponement of long drawn-out decisions as the aim of the working sessions is to be productive at that point in time. At every stage of planning, be it in developing strategies to mitigate risks, operational tactical planning, or simply important management decisions, there is some form of initiative taken.

  • Collaboration Tools:

Remote collaboration platforms can be a challenge when working with a distributed team, hence the use of new collaborative tools and technologies. This is why technology such as interactive whiteboards, shared documents, and project management tools are usually employed to enable real-time updates and recording of output.

  • Time Efficiency:

Since members of the group might be from various organisations, it is important to note that working sessions are structured in such a way that all members effectively use their time. Timeliness of endeavours is insignificant and thus sessions are structured to use the least possible time to achieve the best possible outcome and hence remove distracting or even cumbersome topics.

The advantages of these sessions are obvious: they assist teams in remaining on the same page, boost productivity and guarantee the timely carrying out of priorities that need to be done. Focusing on work has made working sessions even more productive and enhanced teamwork, bringing in the requisite innovations as a result of communication and analysis of the challenge.
